Privacy Policy

Chart Atlas is operated by DDTB. This policy explains how the Chrome extension and its supporting services handle information.

Information we process

When you choose Intelligent analysis, the text you selected is sent to our API so it can produce chart data. We process the email address used for sign-in, session tokens, quota usage, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers required to manage purchases.

How information is used

Selected text is used only to generate the chart you request. We use account information to authenticate you, restore purchases, enforce quotas, and provide support. Stripe processes payment details; Chart Atlas does not receive full card information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, Neon for PostgreSQL storage, Resend for verification emails, Stripe for billing, and DeepSeek for intelligent text analysis. A selected-text request is sent to DeepSeek only after you start Intelligent analysis.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, subscription, quota, and request-usage records while your account is active or where needed for legal and billing obligations. Contact us to request account deletion. You may stop using the extension at any time.

Security

Secrets remain server-side. The extension communicates with the Chart Atlas API over HTTPS and never receives the DeepSeek or Stripe secret keys.
